Traveling Lite Delivery

The customer is responsible for all items from time of delivery to time of pickup. The customer will be charged for the replacement of any damaged or non-returned items (including pieces missing from toys). All installations are photographed for reference should there be any damage or missing items upon pickup.

Delivery & Pickup: Delivery costs include delivery, set up, and pickup, which are a part of our service and cannot be excluded. There will be a $5 charge to Ouray; $10 to Ridgway; and, $25 to Telluride, Mountain Village, and Montrose. Specific lodgings will be assessed an additional charge due to delivery/pickup time and logistics. The customer will be informed at the time the order is placed. Deliveries to outlying areas are up to the discretion of Traveling Lite and fees will be based on mileage. We reserve the right to refuse delivery at any time.

Guaranteed deliveries are required to have at least 48 hours advance notice. Last minute, urgent, or deliveries that require an additional trip for the day to areas beyond Ouray and Ridgway, will result in extra delivery fees. A single delivery that is not combined with other deliveries must be a minimum of $50 plus delivery cost. If delivery is made on original dates of service when in fact dates were changed without notification to Traveling Lite, there will be no guarantee that items will be available. If a second delivery is made, a second delivery charge will be charged to the customer’s credit card.

Our goal is to set up all items in the accommodation prior to the arrival of the guest. Deliveries and pickups typically begin at 9:00am and are completed by 1:00pm. These times are approximate and subject to change during high turnover days. If rental items are not available for pickup beginning at 9:00am without prior arrangements, there will be an additional day charged for all items.

Traveling Lite LLC shall have no liability for any failure to deliver equipment ordered, or any delay in doing so, or for any damage or defect to equipment delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, weather conditions, fire explosion or accident, etc.
